The book is based upon a selection of verses from Bhakti-rasayana, which is excerpts from the conclusion of the Brihad-bhagavatamrta by Sanatana Gosvami, which is the essence of the Tenth Canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam.

The Bhakti-rasayana is a journey to the spiritual world, Goloka Vrindavana as described by Lord Brahma, the amazing forests of Vraja, the different forms of life in Vraja. The reader is invited to meditate on the clouds of Vrindavana, the rivers, trees, creepers, bees, cranes and swans, deer, cows, bulls, the aborigine woman, the gopas (cowherd boys and friends of Krishna), Nanda and Yasoda (the Vrindavan parents of Krishna) and finally the gopis (the cowgirls and dear friends of Krishna).

The selected verses are also musically presented in an Audio narration CD accompanying this booklet, as an added inspiration to the readers.
