Food supplement with ayurvedic iron

Iron is an important mineral for the formation of red blood cells. It is also important for the normal transport of oxygen in the body, energy metabolism, cognitive functions and the immune system. According to the National Nutrition Survey II and the recommended intake of the German Nutrition Society (DGE), 58% of women in Germany do not reach the recommended daily amount of iron.

Ayurvedically purified iron is used for this capsules. For better bioavailability, Ayurveda recommends taking it together with Amalaki (not scientifically confirmed). Amalaki is rich in vitamin C.

Ingredients: Amalaki fruit powder (Emblica officinalis) 79.7%, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), iron 0.9%.

Directions for adults: 2 capsules daily.
