Ingredients: Ashvagandha extract (Withania somnifera) 20.4%, Acerola extract, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), Licorice powder 19.9%, Tulsi extract (Ocimum sanctum), Guduchi extract (Tinospora cardifolia), Pippali powder, Amla extract (Emblica officinalis), Filler cellulose, zinc oxide, anti-caking agent silica, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from wool fat).

Directions for adults: 2 capsules daily.
