Ayurvedic lentil soup for veggie lovers (vegan)
A warm lunch or evening meal from the ayurvedic tradition. Ready to serve in a few minutes.
Preparation: Bring 400ml of water to boil in a saucepan. Then add 60g of the dahl mix. Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes, string occasionally. Add ghee or oil a you like.
